Prices include the cost of an essential 5-6 week follow-up appointment to ensure your results are perfect and any necessary touch-ups are completed.

9-12 month touch-up (for previous clients only): 50% off the full listed price

(promotional prices not applicable). Touch-ups booked after 12 months will be charged at the full current listed price (promotions applicable).

Refund Policy

At Ethereal Enhancements Permanent Makeup by Candice, we take great pride in providing high-quality, customized services. Due to the nature of permanent makeup and cosmetic procedures, all services are non-refundable once rendered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your results, please kindly notify us . We will assess the issue and offer a solution.

Results vary from client to client based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing responses. Due to this, some clients may need up to 8 weeks for pigment to re-surface after the initial session. This can be determined at the 5-week mark before confirming your follow-up session date. It is essential to complete the full treatment process (initial session + follow-up) before evaluating final results.

Final outcomes should only be assessed in person at the studio. Photos will not be accepted for evaluating results, as they do not accurately reflect pigment retention, tone, or depth. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal preference after the procedure has been completed. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Late Arrival Policy

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a smooth and relaxed experience for both you and our other clients.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you as long as there is no client booked immediately after your slot.

However, if your late arrival affects the start time of the next scheduled appointment, we will unfortunately have to cancel your appointment to avoid running over into another client’s time.

In such cases, your retainer fee will be forfeited, and a new retainer will be required to secure another booking.

Each booking slot is carefully allocated to provide undivided attention and high-quality service. When clients arrive late, it not only impacts their own treatment time but also affects other clients and the studio's schedule. A missed or shortened appointment due to late arrival is a financial loss to the business, as the time could have been offered to another client.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting the time allocated for your appointment.

Retainer Fee / Voucher Policy

To secure your booking, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee confirms your commitment and allows us to reserve your treatment slot exclusively for you.

Our time, products, and preparation are allocated to each client in advance. A retainer fee protects against last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which result in lost time and resources that could have been offered to another client. It ensures mutual respect for time and commitment.

The retainer amount will be deducted from your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

If you reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your retainer can be transferred to your new date (one-time courtesy reschedule). This applies to vouchers as well.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in the retainer or voucher being forfeited.

A new retainer fee or voucher will be required to rebook if your appointment is missed or cancelled without sufficient notice.

Vouchers will be redeemed and processed 48 hours before your scheduled appointment and will thereafter become non-refundable. Ensure to make changes to your appointment time or re-schedule if needed prior to the 48-hour notice period.

By paying the retainer fee or purchasing a voucher, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms.
